1. How long until my order is dispatched?

Typically, all of our prints are made to order, and our lead time before dispatch is between 3 to 5 working days. Please note that during peak seasons such as holidays or special events like Black Friday, this lead time may increase.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we initiate the processing immediately. Therefore, we have a grace period of only 1 hour from the time of your order for any cancellations. After this period, we are unable to cancel orders as they are already in progress.

3. Is it possible to track my order?

Absolutely! We provide worldwide shipping with tracked services. Upon dispatching your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received it. However, if you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to us at contact@wordot.co, and we'll gladly assist you.

4. What are the available print sizings?

We offer a range of standard print sizes to suit various preferences:

  • A4 (21.0cm x 29.7cm)
  • A3 (29.7cm x 42.0cm)
  • A2 (42cm x 59.4cm)
  • A1 (59cm x 84.1cm)
  • A0 (84.1cm x 118.8cm)

5. Do you provide custom-coloured prints?

Yes, we do! For a nominal fee to cover redesigning costs, we offer custom-coloured prints. If you're interested, please contact us at contact@wordot.co for further details.

6. Can I request a custom-sized print?

Our current designs are tailored to our standard A sizes. However, we are more than willing to explore options to accommodate your preferred size if feasible. If you already have a frame and need a specific print size, simply email us at contact@wordot.co, and we'll be happy to assist you with resizing the print accordingly.

7. What is your return and refund policy?

At Wordotco, each item is meticulously crafted to your specifications, making them unique to you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before finalising it to ensure it meets your expectations.

8. Do you offer designing services?

Yes, we provide bespoke designing services tailored to your needs. If you require customised designs for your walls, event decor, social media, marketing and advertising (and much more!) please reach out to us for further assistance.
